My topic:
Expression of individuality should be respected.

What I hope to learn from this source: 
I want to find the current state of the problem that student's expressions of individuality are not respected.

Notes:
-I should research definition of Individuality.
-Through expressing individuality, students can reflect their nature.
-To realize their own nature, they can find many ways.
-The relationship among them can be matched.

Final thoughts:
This source is interesting, but the arguments are too subjective. I think I have to find objective arguments.
